Circuit board assembly
Our electronics manufacturing includes both surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole technology (THT).
Traditional through-hole components are assembled using our wave soldering line. For surface mount components, we operate four different production line variations based on different equipment technologies. These flexible configurations enable versatile component assemblies and ensure fast, low-risk production.
Thanks to the flexibility of our production lines, changes can be implemented quickly when necessary, even during an ongoing production batch.
Cable assemblies and wiring harnesses
Our cable and electronics production includes a wide range of customer-specific connection cables and wires as well as complex cable assemblies and wiring harnesses.
We manufacture cables and harnesses using all commonly used raw cable materials and connectors. Each solution is tailored to the customer’s product requirements and intended application environment.
Electromechanical assembly
We procure and install the required electronics, mechanics, automation components, and other auxiliary equipment for the product, providing comprehensive electromechanical assembly and testing services. Upon request, we can manufacture, assemble, and package the products all the way to their final retail packaging, ready for delivery to the customer or directly to a distribution center.
Enclosures and protection solutions
Product enclosures are manufactured using plastic and sheet metal mechanics, allowing us to create durable and application-specific structures for electronic products.
We also provide various protection solutions, including:
- automatic or manual potting
- protective coatings and varnishes
- environmental protection for demanding operating conditions
